Cookies
On stridehealth.com we use "cookies" to store information about your visit on your computer. They help us to deliver a seamless experience to you and avoid pestering you for information more than once. Unfortunately, they're not edible!
Your Computer
We also store your computer's IP address (your computer's internet "ID number") whenever you visit stridehealth.com but it will never be tied to your Personally Identifiable Information and we'll delete it at least every 30 days.
Personal Info You Provide Us
Any personal information (like a name, address or email) that you provide to Stride will be stored in an encrypted database. It will not be sold, and will not be shared with any 3rd party providers unless you specifically direct us to share it. We'll never give your personal information to anyone until you ask us to sign you up for health coverage or transact on your behalf.
Health Data
We use HIPAA-compliant procedures and servers for storing the personal health information you give us like your treatments, illnesses, and even procedures you're considering having. Don't worry, we won't share it with your insurance company, your employer or even your doctor!
Financial Data
You can choose to link your financial transaction data to Stride to make it easier to keep track of tax deductible expenses year-round in order to maximize your post-tax earnings as an independent worker. Stride does not store your credentials for these financial institutions and we use a secure third-party service (Plaid) to encrypt and manage this data.
