Stride Tax Referral Program

Stride Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Stride”), will run a referral program that allows Stride Tax users to invite other independent workers to use Stride Tax. In this program:

A “Referred User” is a new user that downloads the app onto a device that had not previously installed Stride Tax by clicking the referrer’s unique download link.

An "Expense” is defined as a distance of at least one mile traveled or one expense recorded under a unique and valid Stride Tax user account.

A “Referrer” is an existing Stride Tax user who refers a Referred User by sharing the unique download link made available within the Stride Tax app.

For every Referred User that completes at least one Trip, the Referrer will be awarded $5 (the “Award”). Participants must be in the US and the devices on which referred users download the app should be distinct from each other, as well as from the Referrer’s device. Stride reserves the right to disqualify users in light of evidence of abuse of registration of multiple devices.

Who Can Participate and When

Both the Referrer and the Referred User must be (or become) a Stride Tax user, be over the age of 18, and have citizenship and/or lawful permanent residence in the United States.

The award will be available for Referred Users who complete a Trip or log an Expense, subject to extension by Stride in its sole discretion.

How You Receive Your Award

Once a Referred User adds his/her first Expense, the Referrer will become eligible to receive their $5 reward. The $5 will be sent via Amazon gift card to the email address used to create the Referrer’s Stride Tax account in a reasonable time after Stride verifies that the Referred User has created a unique account on a unique device. Referral rewards are paid only to Amazon accounts. If your Amazon account is under a different name, you will need to contact support@stridehealth.com to update your email preferences.

This offer is void where prohibited by law, and Stride reserves the right to refuse payments that are considered or may be considered illegal in any jurisdiction. Any use of the Stride website at www.stridehealth.com is subject to our website Terms of Use. Stride may discontinue the program at any time.
